Rejuvenate yourself, refine your practice and reset your clock for the year ahead in New Zealand’s most complete Yoga retreat in 20 acres of unspoiled native bush intriguingly hidden yet close to road and public transport on Auckland’s North Shore.
Expand your wisdom, experience authentic teachings, embrace sacred rituals, discover new mastery, exciting range of entertaining, inspiring and enlightening workshops and activities at next year’s event.
We’re excited to be involved again with this event. We will be bringing along a small crew from Anahata to teach you various ancient traditional yogic practices. These practices include Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Havan, Chanting, Kirtan (devotional call and response chanting) and Meditation.
Come and see us to connect in with your mind and body through breath and movement. All of our practices are centered around connecting in with yourself at a deeper level to help you uncover your true nature. We hope that this selection of ancient tools will help you deepen your daily sadhana to lift you into a higher state of being, enabling you to feel intuitively into the flow of life – leaving you feeling content, fulfilled and purposeful.
We look forward to seeing you there!
