Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our booking and cancellation policy for Individual bookings:

Yoga Nidra Instructors Training, Permaculture and India Retreats
25% non-refundable deposit on booking, with full payment due 45 days from retreat start date
Cancellation 7 – 30 days out – 50% refund of amount paid
Cancellation within 7 days – no refund

All Other Retreats
Full payment required on booking
Cancellation more than 30 days from retreat start date – a full refund minus NZD $50 admin fee
Cancellation 7 – 30 days out – 50% refund of amount paid
Cancellation within 7 days – no refund

Changes
Date changes of retreat attendance –  NZD $50 admin fee will be charged

Electronic Processing Fees
As these are paid to the bank at the time of booking, they are non-refundable

Our booking and cancellation policy for group bookings:

-$500 non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. Payment in full due 45 days before arrival.

– Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – a 25% fee of the total stay will be charged
– Cancellation 7 – 30 days out – 50% fee of the total stay will be charged.
– Cancellation within 7 days – no refund

– There is also no refund for late arrival or early departure, or for a partial group visit
