Yoga of Presence, Focus and Intuition

Wednesday 27 February, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

$20 – $2019

Workshop Overview

“Join local Rishis, Nityabodha and Yogadiwali and visiting teacher, Swami Karma Karuna from New Zealand in a unique opportunity to uplift your yoga and bring simple yoga attitudes and practices into your daily life. “

Explore Ajna Chakra, the eyebrow energy centre, representing presence, focus and intuition. Delve into this theme through Hatha Yoga, Om Chanting Meditation, inspirational theory and Kirtan.

With regular practice, these techniques help to enhance clarity and expand the witness awareness, developing the ability to embrace life more fully and live it with greater conscious choice. The practices also help us develop the right conditions to receive inspiration and knowledge from deep within. Intuitive insights transcend all mental processes and are simply a feeling or a vision that we know is just right.  The outcome is an ability to manifest our personal vision.

During this workshop gain skills and perspectives that can support you to move through daily life with more ease and motivation to navigate the spiritual path.

We conclude the evening with Kirtan – singing mantra in the ancient language of Sanskrit. The practice of heart-opening Kirtan is truly called a “super highway” to higher states of experience.

Most of the illustrations and book covers of Bihar School Of Yoga, the largest Yoga Institution of India, are by her.

Her classes are bright and cheerful, energetic yet deep. Diwali’s experience of her connection with the divine within emanates from her as she teaches.
