The Anahata team are really looking forward to appearing at this year’s International Yoga Festival; hoping to bring a touch of ancient wisdom to the festival with our series of yoga classes and wisdom talks.
Founder and Director of Anahata Yoga Retreat, Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati will be there to guide you through each of the sessions. With over 25 years of experience within the Satyananda traditional yoga lineage, her sessions provide a relatable depth that give you a greater understanding of yoga both as a practice, and a way of life.
