Morning Chanting Practice
With Swami Karma Karuna and Anahata residents
A collection of vedic and traditional mantras chanted each morning at Anahata. Chanting allows for the sound vibrations to form new positive samskaras getting rid of the old patterns and habits. The Sanskrit word mantra consists of the root man- ﾓto thinkﾔ (also in manas ﾓmindﾔ) and the suffix -tra, meaning ﾓtools or instrumentsﾔ, hence a literal translation would be ﾓinstrument of thought.

I love this CD, it is great following a stay at Anahata Yoga Retreat if you wish to continue the morning chants. You chant along with the CD, no need to count the rounds with a mala or at least feel part of a group until you are ready to practice on your own.
