Saturday 21st June (Summer Solstice)
07:00 – 08:30 Havan: Ancient Vedic fire ceremony for inner purification, transformation, and awakening of inner fire.
09:00 – 10:30 Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation: Practices to center the body, calm the mind, and embody solar vitality.
*The program may slightly change depending on the group’s needs and higher guidance.

The workshop will be translated into Polish.

There is an option to extend your stay at the yurt until Sunday 22nd June.
On Saturday evening 21st June, we’re planning a bonfire gathering with live sounds, mantras or storytelling by the firelight.
It will be a time to celebrate the longest night of the year – in circle and shared presence.
Swami Karma Karuna will also be holding 3-hour Nervous System Reset: An evening with Yoga & Aum Chanting before the retreat. Location to be confirmed.

Przysiółek Cegielnia, Tuchola Forest (85 km from Gdańsk)
A unique place far from civilization, immersed in nature.
Our sessions will take place in a beautiful forest yurt with a fireplace and panoramic forest views.
Train access:
Nearby stations: Kamienna Karczma (3 km) or Kaliska (7 km) — pickup assistance available.
Price:
Includes: classes, vegetarian meal, access to a fully equipped kitchen and the experience of a beautiful venue.

Teachers
Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati is a captivating and insightful yoga and meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, and writer, as well as an IAYT-certified Yoga Therapist with over 30 years of dedicated experience.
She is trained in the esteemed Bihar School of Yoga lineage across Nepal, India, and Australia and returns annually to deepen her practice under the mentorship of Swami Niranjanananda and Swami Satyasangananda including the great honour of leading Sadhana courses at Rikhia Peeth.
Swami Karma Karuna is also certified by Yoga Alliance, holds a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and is a senior teacher and council member of Yoga New Zealand.
Possessing a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Psychology, Swami Karma Karuna’s early passion for working with groups and individuals has profoundly influenced her journey. Her specialties include stress and emotion management, restorative practices, yoga psychology, women’s health, and the chakras. She offers personalized one-to-one sessions that blend time-honored yogic techniques with modern therapeutic insights.
As a co-founder and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat in New Zealand, Swami Karma Karuna travels the globe to conduct workshops, train yoga teachers, and lead transformative retreats. Her unique approach combines authenticity and practicality, merging traditional practices with insights drawn from psychology and brain science. Anna Patuszka (Organiser & Co-Facilitator)
Teaches yoga in the Bihar School of Yoga tradition, studied under the guidance of Swami Karma Karuna in New Zealand. Since 2020, she has been exploring holistic methods of working with the body and mind, blending yoga with meditation, art, and intuitive movement.
