Swami Karma Karuna will be a visiting teacher at Australia’s Manly Yoga Studio this March! Join her there for this ‘Evolving through the Chakras’ Workshop to explore your health, relationships, energy states, mind and emotions – delving into your chakra energy centres for deep transformation.
Embark on a journey through the chakras, the subtle energy centres within your body, which influence every aspect of your life from your daily experiences to the spiritual realm. They are a framework to understand your physical health and challenges, energy levels, mental well-being, emotional states, relationships and more subtle layers of existence. The flow or block within your chakras determine many aspects of your life.
Explore yogic techniques such as asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, yoga nidra, meditation and mantra to transform, stimulate and cleanse the subtle energy centres.
Delve into the traditional symbology, chakra physiology, corresponding glands and the psychology of the chakras. Gain tools to improve your health, awaken creative abilities, enhance your strengths and overcome challenges.
Those newer to yoga, will receive an overview and practices to begin to look at life from a new perspective. Yoga Teachers and experienced practitioners can deepen their experience and gain new insights for personal practice or to share with their yoga students.
