Surya Namaskara is a complete sadhana and spiritual practice allowing the whole body to become stretched with the 12 Salute to the Sun poses to complete one round. The best time to practice is at sunrise and sunset. 2 variations of Surya Namaskar are included: with accompanying seed sounds at each chakra; and with sun mantras to bring harmony in body, breath and the mind. As the practice deepens, so do the benefits. When chanted with sincere gratitude, these mantras can take the practice to an enhanced spiritual level.
