Anahata are holding an OPEN DAY and you’re invited!

To celebrate International Yoga Day and the Winter Solstice, Anahata is hosting an Open Day as we honour the turning point in the seasons and transition from dark to light.

All are welcome to join us for the whole day or for the sessions that suit your schedule.

This event is free of charge – donations to support the outgoing greatly appreciated.
