Find your own rhythm with options to join in on yoga classes, relaxation practice, meditation sessions and chanting. Immerse yourself in bush hikes or open country walks with spectacular views, writing, or reading from our large library of spiritual and health books. Spend time in the garden or find a spot in the surrounding native forest to meditate or just relax. Healthy vegetarian meals are provided throughout your stay, nourishing your body as you unwind from the busyness of daily life.
There are opportunities to add on private therapeutic yoga sessions, body treatments or nutritional consultations.

Sn Atmavidya honours the great wisdom traditions, sharing ancient practices of Yoga and Meditation that continue to help unfold the natural inherent goodness, wisdom, beauty, harmony, kindness and delight in our lives. She facilitates easeful discovery of the different ways that practices can be experienced, to liberate energy for well-being of body, mind and spirit. Atmavidya has depth of experience in the teaching of yoga and meditation in yoga centres, ashrams, retreats, primary, secondary schools, tertiary institutions, businesses, Not For Profit and rehabilitation organisations, mainly in New Zealand. Atmavidya has been a student of yoga and meditation for the last 27 years.
The Anahata Teachers are all well trained and knowledgeable in their field. They will lead you through this retreat in a respectful and gentle manner, inspiring you to go deeper and explore what you find.
