Explore theory and practices for the chakras or energy centres as a
framework to understand ourselves in relationship. By purifying, balancing
and opening the flow in the chakras, we are able to transition from the
instinctive, conditioned and emotional drives into higher awareness and heart
centred action, influencing our relationship with our families, our colleagues,
our community and ourselves.
