Join us at Anahata for a day devoted to Mantra Meditation, music, creativity, percussion and self-love workshops along with Kirtan chanting in beautiful Golden Bay.

The Bhakti Celebration is part of the bigger 3 Day Sound Yoga Retreat which we recommend should you wish to fully immerse yourself in the event. If you’re unable to allow the time for the 3 day retreat, we recommend the options below:

Overnight Camping Option – NZ$ 75
Includes 1 night camping, Sunday morning Hatha Yoga class and Brunch
. Bring your own tent. Pre-erected tent hire available subject to availability on request at an additional fee of $30.

Prosad, the ‘Jimi Hendrix of electric sitar’ is an international, spiritual musician full of good vibrations. He’s a multi-instrumentalist and singer who has travelled the world sharing his unique blend of sitar, guitar, reggae and world music. Inspired by legends like George Harrison, Prosad seeks to create a spiritual vibration in the mainstream music of his generation by blending Indian instruments with the western influences of rock, reggae, folk and blues. Lis is passionate about inspiring healthy wholesome living through food and nutrition, yoga, meditation, communing with nature & kirtan/singing mantra – the essential ingredients of self-love. She shares self-loving practices through facilitating a variety of workshops at retreats, festivals, events, private & corporate functions. She is also a kirtanist – singing mantras being her favorite self-loving practice, leading weekly kirtan /community singing, and singing at events worldwide alongside a variety of conscious musicians. Swami Karma Karuna at Anahata

Swami Karma Karuna, founding member and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat, NZ, is an engaging, intuitive yoga teacher with more than 25 years of training and experience. She specialises in therapeutic applications of yoga, yoga nidra relaxation and pranic practices and shares in a simple and practical way, inspiring people to access and apply yogic practices in their own lives.
