 Yoga Buffet is back!

Join us EVERY SATURDAY at Anahata

Experience a feast for the soul at our weekly Yoga Buffet, where you can immerse yourself in the rich diversity of authentic yogic practices. Begin your evening with a gentle Hatha Yoga class, guiding your body and mind into harmony and relaxation. Follow this with a rejuvenating Yoga Nidra and the sacred Havan Fire Ceremony, cleansing and revitalizing your spirit.

Lift your heart and voice with our uplifting Kirtan session, fostering deep connections with our vibrant community. After nourishing your soul, delight in a potluck dinner with friends, old and new, and unwind with an optional relaxing sauna.
