330 € with biological vegan meals and accommodation in double room

285 € with biological, vegan meals and accommodation in dormitory

270 € with biological, vegan meals without accommodation (it is possible to sleep in a tent or own camping car or book your own room in Taucha/ Sehlis)

07:30-9:00 Morning Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation Guided Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and
Meditation focusing on elements and chakras

9:00 Breakfast A gentler, more restorative Hatha session focusing on deep release and integration of the morning’s theory.

10:30 Workshop/Theory Session In-depth exploration of the Pancha Tattwa theory,
chakra connections, yoga ecology and practical ways to integrate elemental wisdom into daily life.

12:30 Yoga Nidra A deep relaxation practice focused on chakras and elements

1:00 Lunch & Free Time Private Sessions available A light lunch followed by personal time for reflection, walking in nature near Leipzig, or quiet rest.

15:00 Afternoon Session -Theory, Practical, Nature Immersion Ritual and Meditation

17:00 Healing Fire Ceremony and Kirtan

19:00 Dinner A communal evening meal.

Saturday:

Full day as per the schedule above (focusing on Water and Fire elements).

Morning activities as per the schedule (focusing on Air and Space elements) with closing circle.

Teacher

Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati is an engaging, intuitive yoga and meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, writer and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist with 30 years of experience in the yoga field including significant training in Nepal and India and ongoing training in the ashram with her teachers.

She is also certified by Yoga Alliance and is a senior teacher of Yoga Australia/New Zealand. A Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Psychology determined an early interest in working with groups and individuals. Swami Karma Karuna specialises in a range or areas such as Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Prana, Chakras, Yoga Psychology and Women’s Health. She is also a co-founder and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat, New Zealand and travels throughout the world, leading workshops, training yoga teachers, presenting at international events, guiding spiritual sadhana retreats and offering therapeutic one to one yoga sessions.

Swami Karma Karuna is passionate about sharing an authentic and down to earth approach, weaving together the ancient practices with a touch of psychology and brain science aimed at motivating people to live their yoga here and now.
