JOIN US ONLINE

JOIN US IN PERSON

Over the 21st-23rd June weekend, we will be having a serve, love, give party. Join us for online or in person for Satsang, Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation classes, 108 rounds of Salute to the Sun, Fire Ceremony and concerts with International musicians Prosad Freeman from Canada and Shivam Rath from Australia.

For 27 years, Anahata has stood as a beacon of tranquility, wellness, and personal development. We have weathered covid and are still here! But it has been challenging, meaning an increase in Scholarship offers to meet the increase in mental and physical health needs, far higher expenses to continue to offer quality events and maintain the beautiful Anahata space for you, our community. Despite the challenges brought by the recent global events, our commitment to our mission has only grown stronger. Now, more than ever, our health, well-being and sustainability services are essential to the needs of individuals and families from all walks of life.

Anahata depends predominantly on the support of the community through donations of time, energy and money to enable this work to continue and your immediate support is vital to keep Anahata alive and thriving during the critical winter months and will also enable us to continue the important work in promoting health, personal development, and environmental stewardship into the future.
