This workshop is an exploration of the “inner landscape”—the intricate tapestry of energy within and around us. Through a blend of theory, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Yantra/Mantra Meditation, you will learn to recognize and harmonize the energies of earth, water, fire, air, and ether within. More than just a physical practice, these tools are designed to deepen your self-awareness and provide practical insights into your personality and how you interact with the world. Join us to unlock the secrets of your energetic system, paving the way for personal growth, inner harmony, and a more balanced daily life.
Teacher

Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, and IAYT-certified Yoga Therapist with over 30 years of experience. Trained in the Bihar School of Yoga lineage across Nepal, India, and Australia, she continues to deepen her practice annually under Swami Niranjanananda at Bihar School of Yoga and Swami Satyasangananda at Rikhia Peeth.
Holding a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, she is also senior teacher and council member of Yoga New Zealand. With a BA in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Psychology, her work is influenced by her early passion for group and individual dynamics. She is passionate about stress management, restorative practices, yoga psychology, women’s health, and the chakras, offering personalized sessions that integrate yogic and modern therapeutic techniques.
As co-founder and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat in New Zealand, she travels globally to lead workshops and retreats. Her approach blends traditional practices with psychological insights and brain science.
