The Practice: Purify Your Essence
This dynamic sadhana, rooted in the Tantric Tradition, is designed to harmonize the five fundamental elements (tattwas): Earth (Prithvi), Water (Apas), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu), and Ether/Space (Akasha).

- Holistic Integration: Postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), energy centers (chakras), and sacred vibrations (mantras).
- Ashram Immersion: Participate in seva (selfless service), chanting, and traditional rituals in the serene landscapes of Rikhia.

Diwali: The Festival of Light
Celebrate the Hindu New Year on 8th November.
- Ceremony: Engage in Havan and Pooja to honor Lakshmi, the Goddess of Abundance.
- Atmosphere: On Diwali eve, the Ashram glows with thousands of candles, symbolizing our inner light shining within a supportive community.
Yoga Nidra Symposium-A Once-in-a-Lifetime Opportunity
As part of the Padma Jayanti Celebrations (honoring Paramahamsa Satyananda’s birth centenary), attend a historic Yoga Nidra Symposium under the direct guidance of Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati.
Participant Categories:
- Delegate (USD $2,500): Requires at least 5 years of Satyananda Yoga experience and a written referral from a recognized teacher. Symposium fees included.
- Saha Yogi (USD $2,250): A Karma Yoga option for those without the 5-year background.
- Saha Yogis contribute through seva and attend all satsangs, though not practical sessions.
Option 2: Diwali and Tattwa Shuddhi Sadana Only
Dates: 4th – 17th November 2026 (14 nights)
Investment: USD $1,780
Inclusions: All-inclusive of food, accommodation, travel, and course within the India retreat plan.

Registration Details
- Bookings Close: 31st May 2026 for the full immersion options.
- Extended Stay Option: 32 nights for USD $2,720 (29th Sept–31st Oct) for the Hatha Yoga-Karma Yoga Training.
- Requirements: All symposium applications must include a written referral from a recognized Satyananda Yoga teacher.
