A Yogic Lifestyle Immersion with Swami Karma Karuna & Anahata Residents

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, our subconscious behaviors often shape our choices, actions, and destinies. As biologist Bruce Lipton wisely observes, “95% of your life comes from the subconscious.”

Join us for this interactive yogic lifestyle immersion, where the practice of Karma Yoga—mindfulness in action—becomes the cornerstone of your experience. Through active participation in the daily life of the retreat, you’ll engage in this transformative practice, interwoven with traditional yoga, relaxation, meditation, chanting, and self-reflection practices to nurtures the mind, body, and energy systems.

Nestled in the nurturing embrace of New Zealand’s stunning landscapes, our community offers a sanctuary for self-discovery and growth. Step into a world where Karma Yoga serves as a gateway to living yoga off the mat, transforming daily actions into pathways for personal evolution.

We are conscious co-creators in the evolution of life. We have free will. And we have choices. Consequently, our success is based on our choices, which are, in turn, totally dependent on our awareness.” – Bruce Lipton
