Join Swami Karma Karuna — internationally respected yoga therapist, writer, and educator — for a transformative 2.5-day programme of drop-in sessions in the heart of Złocieniec, Poland. Five
sessions weave together ancient yogic wisdom with modern understanding of the nervous system,
through yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation and women’s wellbeing — all under the theme of Resilience.

An accessible and engaging exploration of how your nervous system works — and how
yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation practices can help you reset,
regulate, and restore balance from the inside out.
SATURDAY 29 AUGUST · 10:00–13:00
Relax & Recharge
Discover powerful relaxation techniques — restorative yoga, conscious breathing and
somatic tools — to release tension, calm the mind and replenish your vital energy.

The Power of Yoga Nidra
Experience one of yoga’s most profound practices — the art of conscious sleep.
Understand the science and philosophy behind Yoga Nidra and enjoy guided sessions for
deep rest, stress release and transformation.
SUNDAY 30 AUGUST · 10:00–13:00
Women’s Health & Hormonal Cycle
A deeply nourishing session exploring how yoga, breathing and holistic lifestyle practices
support hormonal balance, menstrual health, fertility and menopause — honouring the
wisdom of the feminine cycle at every stage.
SUNDAY 30 AUGUST · 14:00–17:00
Breath & Mindfulness for Balance
Weave together everything from the weekend through the transformative power of
pranayama and meditation. Leave with practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati is an engaging, intuitive yoga and meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, writer and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist with 30 years of experience in the yoga field including significant training in Nepal and India and ongoing training in the ashram with her teachers.
She is also certified by Yoga Alliance and is a senior teacher of Yoga Australia/New Zealand. A Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Psychology determined an early interest in working with groups and individuals. Swami Karma Karuna specialises in a range or areas such as Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Prana, Chakras, Yoga Psychology and Women’s Health. She is also a co-founder and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat, New Zealand and travels throughout the world, leading workshops, training yoga teachers, presenting at international events, guiding spiritual sadhana retreats and offering therapeutic one to one yoga sessions.
Swami Karma Karuna is passionate about sharing an authentic and down to earth approach, weaving together the ancient practices with a touch of psychology and brain science aimed at motivating people to live their yoga here and now.
