Exploring the Chakras: Sunshine Coast Yoga Retreat
Friday 04 November, 2022 - Tuesday 08 November, 2022
This is a rare and unique opportunity to get to know your ‘self’ more deeply while exploring the application of traditional yogic techniques to transform and enhance the body’s vital flow of energy (prana). Are you ready to ditch the digital devices, escape the hustle and give yourself the time you need to tend to the inner life?
What to Expect
This retreat is suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.
Along with a practical and down-to-earth presentation of chakra theory from the classical yogic perspective, you will have time for nature connection, personal reflection, and social interaction with other like-minded individuals.
You will experience a truly nurturing, gentle and sophisticated environment that supports authentic spiritual exploration without all the ego-stroking Insta-fabulous woo-woo.
Through this in-depth study of the body’s subtle energy centres (chakras), you will gain a new awareness of the power you inherently possess that enables you to improve your own physical health, re-balance the nervous system, optimize your energy levels, and overcome relentless mental chatter.

Growing up in the US, Christopher was always drawn to spending quiet time in nature. A student of yoga since 2008, Christopher completed residential studies at Swami Satchidananda’s Yogaville, Swami Rama’s Himalayan Institute, and Anahata Yoga Retreat. He received his 200hr certification in Radiant Body Yoga, from internationally renowned Kundalini Yoga teacher, Kia Miller.

In early 2021, he founded True Nature Retreats as a vehicle for bringing together people who are drawn to explore the intersections of yoga, meditation and nature connection.
