SPRING WELLNESS RETREAT: Yoga, Ayurveda and Conscious Living

As we begin the transition out of our winter hibernation, now is the time to plant the seeds for health and wellbeing so that we can have a strong, vibrant, spring and summer!

Join us at Anahata to create positive habits, gain tools to support your vital energy, and learn how to live more consciously. 

During this 4 day retreat, you will be introduced the 10 Habits for Easeful Living, spend time in the garden connecting with nature, and learn how to cook nourishing meals to support your immune system and inner vitality.

You’ll leave feeling revitalized and inspired; with practical knowledge to help you create balance and ease in your everyday life.

LAKSHMI
Lakshmi has been teaching yoga internationally for 10 years and is a qualified teacher in the Satyananda tradition. She is dedicated to guiding others in the powerful practices of traditional yoga and is a Course Facilitator on the Yoga Nidra & Restorative Teacher Training at Anahata. Her passions are ritual, storytelling, and manta.
