Come and Stay

Create your own retreat and stay as a guest for any length of time, choosing shared or private accommodation and attending your choice of programs on our daily schedule. Add therapeutic yoga consultations or treatments with our resident Swamis, senior teachers and health practitioners.

Complimentary pick-ups from Takaka are not usually available for Personal Retreats. There are options available which you can check out here.

Immerse yourself in nature, meet like-minded people, enjoy a book, use our tranquil yoga space and more.

Anahata personal-retreats

Options Include:

  • suggest how long you want to stay and we will book your personal retreat to suit. Unless we have a big retreat already scheduled this should be no problem
  • come and stay a while with an open mind. You may want to join an extended 4 Week Yogic Life Style retreat and further your journey
  • or use your stay creatively – take time to write, read, paint or draw
  • there are opportunities for private sessions with resident swamis and teachers. Swami Karma Karuna works therapeutically with people to develop a personalized yoga programme and to address mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs and imbalances. She has particular expertise in yoga for women and women’s health. Swami Karma Karuna, resident Swamis and senior teachers will work with you to design a personal yoga program specific to your needs. Classes are available from Monday to Saturday with Sunday as a quiet day.
