For practitioners\, yoga teachers and their students\, true resilience is the “muscle of the soul\,” a conscious return to center that allows us to ride the waves of life.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nIn this 75-minute interactive Satsang\, we explore how understanding the nervous system and building resilience transforms us and supports us to face the ups and downs.
