Swami Karma Karuna and other Senior Anahata teachers will be leading these offerings.\nIf you have the means to donate for you participation\, it will be of great support to Anahata at this time and allow us to continue to make these offerings available into the future. Do not strain. Do not do the practice if any pain arises. Please listen to the contra-indications and alternative practices and take responsibility for your needs. \n– Please keep your microphone muted during the sessions \n-All sessions are instructed by Anahata Teachers\, who are all well trained and knowledgeable in their field.
