SUMMARY:The Radiant Cycle: A 5-Day Journey of Feminine Vitality and Inner Balance
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nJoin Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati for The Radiant Cycle\, a transformative 5-day journey designed to restore feminine vitality and cultivate deep inner balance. It’s time to move in harmony with your natural rhythm.\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nEvery stage of a woman’s life—from the blossoming of youth to the wisdom of the later years—is governed by a delicate dance between the Nervous System and the Endocrine System. In our modern world\, the “Fight or Flight” response often disrupts this rhythm\, leading to a “Modern Imbalance” that affects our sleep\, mood\, and deep energy reserves.\nThis 5-day retreat invites women of all generations to return to their center. By merging ancient yogic technology with modern neurobiology\, we learn to “re-wire” our response to stress and cultivate a reservoir of lasting health.\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nRetreat Pillars: Nurturing the Feminine Root\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n\nThe Intelligence of the “Master Gland”: Discover how the Hypothalamus and Pituitary Gland act as the bridge between your thoughts and your physical hormones\, regulating everything from your monthly cycles to your daily appetite.\nVagal Tone: The Anchor of Calm: Learn to stimulate the Vagus Nerve to manually shift your body from “Survival Mode” into “Rest and Digest\,” supporting heart health and emotional stability.\nThe Adrenal Sanctuary: Understand the role of the Adrenal glands in managing pressure and how to protect these vital “batteries” from depletion through restorative practice.\nThe Art of Deep Rest: Experience nourishing practices including Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep) to access the restorative Alpha and Theta brain wave states\, clearing “brain fog” and restoring the mind regardless of your life stage.\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nCultivating Your “Internal Landscape”\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nThroughout the retreat\, we will build a holistic toolkit to support your unique journey:\n\nHormone-Friendly Movement: Gentle sequences specific to a women’s unique body and needs.\nExpressive Energy Release: Using dynamic and sounding practices such as Salute to the Moon\, Aum Chanting\, and Simhasana (Lion’s Breath) to transform pent-up emotions into positive vital energy.\nThe Science of Sleep: Establishing a “Bedtime Transition” that respects your body’s need for darkness and stillness\, including the use of essential oils and calming breathwork.\nThe Witness Awareness: Practicing Antar Mouna (Inner Silence) to move from reacting to life’s stresses to witnessing them with a calm and steady heart.\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nCelebrate the wisdom of your body!\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nWhether you are seeking to balance your cycles\, recover from burnout\, or simply deepen your connection to your feminine essence\, this retreat provides the map and the tools to flourish in every season of life \n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nPrice:\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n6800 RMB \n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nHow To Book?\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nMessage us now at our WhatsApp number +86 18213101217. \n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nTeacher\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati is an engaging\, intuitive yoga and meditation teacher\, inspirational speaker\, writer and IAYT certified Yoga Therapist with 30 years of experience in the yoga field including significant training in Nepal and India and ongoing training in the ashram with her teachers. \nShe is also certified by Yoga Alliance and is a senior teacher of Yoga Australia/New Zealand.
