However\, instead of killing him\, he was able to absorb the poison and integrate it\, symbolizing facing the ups and downs of life without being influenced. \nIn this time of great global challenge\, gathering together to create high vibrations\, awaken positivity and inner strength is highly important. \nJoin us in ceremony\, celebration and yogic practice to uplift and raise the vibration within us and around us. \n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n\n  \nProgram\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nYin Yoga Session\, Pranayama and Meditation with Nikolas from Yin Culture: The mission of Yin Culture is to be a harmonizing force in the world. Yin Culture is based on Taoist and Tantric philosophy applied to modern culture. The practices draw from two sources: The modern practice of Yin Yoga\, as taught by Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers. The ancient practices of Pranayama\, and Meditation from Tantric Hatha Yoga. \nSound healing with Romy & Nassib: Our class aim to guide our participants to surrender into layers of blissful soundscapes consisting of a wealth of instruments such as singing bowls\, didgeridoo\, mouth harps\, sensulas\, strings intruments\, handpan\, and buffalo drum. Our intention is to carry people on a journey back to the core of our true self. \nSwami Karma Karuna will guide a Havan\, an ancient fire ceremony from the Indian Vedic tradition where we use mantra and fire as a means of transformation. \nJoined by Andrew Grey for Kirtan\, a joyful and uplifting mantra practice that originates from the Bhakti yoga tradition. He has held sound baths\, ethnomusical concerts\, and lessons in multiple retreats\, festivals\, and gatherings. \nRomy is a well-traveled certified Naturopath Herbalist and yoga teacher.  She has been dedicated to gain knowledge and share the art of healing through meditation and yoga.
