DESCRIPTION:[vc_row gap=”35″][vc_column][vc_column_text text_align=”center”]\nDelve into a Chakra focused practical class with Hatha Yoga and Meditation including working with the Chakra Seed Sounds.\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row gap=”35″][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nThe Nelson/Tasman Branch of IYTA is hosting a gathering in Nelson from the 22nd – 24th  January 2020 to celebrate 50 years of IYTA Yoga in New Zealand. \nThe Convention will be held at Nelson Boys College\, Nelson\, from 7 pm Wed 22nd Jan to 5 pm Fri 24 Jan. To register and for more information about the whole event click here. There is also the option to stay on over the weekend to attend the Nelson Evolve Festival. \nAnahata’s Swami Karma Karuna will be hosting a workshop on 23rd January 10am – 12pm on Connecting Through the Chakras.  \nExplore theory and practices for the chakras or energy centres as a\nframework to understand ourselves in relationship.
