DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n\nWelcome to ‘Nervous System Reset Course‘ — a 6-week online learning experience that encourages your mind-body connection.\n\n\n\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nJoin us as we explore relaxation processes and share with you tools to regulate your own nervous system\, all while building emotional and mental resilience. In this course we focus strongly on Yoga Nidra as it promotes better sleep\, reduces feelings of stress and concentrates on the  release of trauma. \nThis online classroom will also delve into the nervous system\, somatic techniques for regulation\, poly-vagal theory\, window of tolerance\, the structure\, science and philosophy behind Yoga Nidra as well as exploration and practice of  conscious breathing techniques\,  Restorative Yoga\, sleep hygiene and more\, in a way that is accessible to everyone. \n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nUpon enrollment student will get access to some resources and base practices. From the 9th of April\, the week 1 content becomes available. Live sessions start on Sundays\, 12th of April til 17th of May. Students have exclusive access to educational content for a 3 month period (including ability to download all of the content) in a range of engaging formats including: \n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n6x 1.5hr LIVE ZOOM lectures\, discussions and a practical class as well as written\, audio\, video and guided home study resources.  \n30hrs Continuing Education  \n‘Nervous System Reset’ is led by Swami Karma Karuna\, founding member and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat\, New Zealand. A Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Psychology determined an early interest in working with groups and individuals. Swami Karma Karuna specialises in a range or areas such as Yoga Nidra\, Restorative Yoga\, Prana\, Chakras\, Yoga Psychology and Women’s Health.
