SUMMARY:Steady in the Storm: Practical Tools for Balance
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Join us for a transformative 75-minute workshop designed to help you navigate the modern world with unshakeable balance and resilience. When the world feels chaotic\, our nervous system often defaults to survival mode—leaving us stuck in cycles of fight\, flight\, or freeze. To stay grounded\, we must learn how to shift from reactive stress to intentional stillness and conscious action. In this practical session\, you will discover how to soothe your nervous system and reclaim your inner peace. We will explore how to move beyond simply “getting through the day” to building a foundation of lasting stability. Using a blend of ancient wisdom and modern tools\, you will learn about:[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n\nSankalpa: Crafting a “”heart-felt resolve”” to stay centered amidst external pressure.\nYoga Nidra: A deep\, guided meditation to reset your baseline and release stored tension.\nConscious Breath: Immediate techniques to “”brake”” the stress response in real-time.\nGrounding Practices: Everyday rituals to keep you steady when life moves fast.\n\n[/vc_column_text]Register Now – It’s FREE [vc_column_text]\nTeacher\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Swami Karma Karuna Saraswati is an engaging\, intuitive yoga and meditation teacher\, inspirational speaker\, writer and IAYT certified Yoga Therapst with 30 years of experience in the yoga field including significant training in Nepal and India and a 3 year certificate course in Australia.
