You can book in by emailing: yoga@anahata-retreat.org.nz or calling us at: 03 525 7587\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nEvery Saturday\, in our yoga tradition all over the world\, 108 rounds of the Maha Mrityunjaya Healing Mantra is chanted during the practice of Havan\, an ancient Fire Ceremony\, using mantra and fire for means of transformation. \nThis particular mantra is chanted to offer healing to people in need and to assist those who are wanting to let go of attachments. We read the names of all those we know in need of healing before making offerings to the fire with those names in our hearts. \nCome experience this powerful practice of healing & transformation\, followed by uplifting vibrations at our heart-opening Kirtan. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row gap=”35″][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n\n  \nOverview\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Our 300-hour Relaxation & Meditation Teacher Training (Intermediate to Advanced) is comprised of two Modules:  \nModule 1: Yoga Nidra & Restorative Practices (150 hours) 17th February – 5th March 2023\nModule 2:  Meditation and Pranayama (150 hours) 7th – 23rd April 2023 \nStudents can take one or both of the modules\, and are not required to have taken Module 1 to take Module 2. However\, taking both modules in order is the best way to get the most out of the training\, as Module 1 covers educational prerequisites that will be further expanded upon in Module 2. Book both modules at the same time\, and receive a 10% discount.  \nYoga New Zealand Accreditation Information\nBoth modules are fully accredited with Yoga New Zealand. Please note that they are NOT general 200-hour Teacher Training courses\, but rather continuing education courses. For students who already have their 200 RYT\, taking one module will raise the student to the 350-hour education level and taking both modules will raise the student to the 500-hour level.
