Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Anahata for a day of Yoga, Yoga Nidra, a talk on ‘Tools for resilience’, walking, kirtan and incredible homemade food.

All funds go towards upgrading our eco heating system.

12.30-2:00pm Lunch
2:00-3:00pm Free Time / walking meditation
3.00-4:30pm Tools for Resilience & Yoga Nidra
4:30-6:00pm Light Refreshment
6.00-7:00pm Kirtan
