Enter into the joy and clarity of the present moment as Swami’s Muktidharma reveals the art of living and dying with yoga! This retreat will offer techniques to help face your fears, phobias and challenges of life. Focusing on non-attachment, this retreat will provide the tools needed to embrace life in all its fullness and face dying with the right mental attitude.


7.00pm - 9.00pm
Kirtan
Join Swami Muktidharma and Tablatom chanting the names of the devine.


FEES:
15 £ for workshop
5-7 £ suggested donation for Kirtan, at door

Either or both events can be attended. Please bring vegetarian food to share if you stay for dinner after the workshop.
